How to make German Bratwurst with Sauerkraut (BBQ style) on our smoker:
You need charcoal, bratwursts, sauerkraut (in metal tin) and mustard
(not necessarily). Take care that the bratwurst contains 90% meat or
more - it just tasts much better. Sauerkraut is available with bacon -
best choice!
Just start the fire, place the (opened;) can and begin grilling.
Enjoy your food (and wash your dishes please)!
